What are the composite decking made of?

Veejoy Outdoor Classic Composite decking are made of 55% Wood fiber ,35% recycled HDPE and 10% Chemical additives like Anti-UV agents, Anti-mould agents, Lubricants, Filler, Colors.  The superior decking caps are made of 95% plastics which gives the core a high protection agaist color fading, scratching, water absorption.

Veejoy Outdoor can do customized color boards if you can provide a real sample of the color, the color matching products can be 90-95% similar as what you want.

Can I have customized length of composite decking boards?

Due to the extrusion process, the length can be any length, but due to the size limitation of the shipping container, we recommend the length of the Decking board is 2.2m,2.9m , 3.6m and 4.8m, if there is a special length requirement, please contact our sales staff to confirm if it is suitable for shipping

Will the composite decking boards fade?

Accepted Answer

Veejoy Outdoor Classic composite decking boards will fade in the first 16-20 weeks when the material go through a weathering process in which it can be fade slightly about 10-15%  until stabilized .  Superior composite decking is highly color fading resistance, but still will have around 5%-8% difference than the new decking after 16-20 weeks.

What's the warranty for Veejoy Outdoor composite decking?

Veejoy Outdoor offer 10 years warranty for classic composite decking boards and 20 years for superior composite decking.

Veejoy Outdoor guarantee that the composite Decking boards shall be free  from materials defects in workmanship and materials, shall not split,splinter,rot,or suffer structural damage from termites or fungal decay.

What's the MOQ of Veejoy Outdoor composite decking?

The MOQ of Veejoy Outdoor composite decking  is 1x20ft container.  For reference,  a 20ft container can load about 800-1,000 sqm decking boards.
